Terms of use

VIDA is a personal app for your health log, journal, calendar and money, with an AI assistant called VID-AI. These terms are the agreement between you and HERIO Vietnam.

1. Who we are

VIDA is a product of Herio Vietnam (in Vietnamese: Công ty TNHH Herio Vietnam), enterprise and tax code 0107389011, registered office: 2nd Floor, No. 5 Tu Mo Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi, Vietnam.

When you use VIDA, you have a contract with Herio Vietnam ("HERIO", "we"). VIDA runs at myvida.me. Questions: support@heriovietnam.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account, ticking the terms or continuing to use VIDA, you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. You must be 18 or older. If you do not agree, do not use VIDA.

3. What VIDA does

VIDA lets you log and read back your own life: sleep, meals, workouts, weight and other tiles, a journal, a timeline next to your calendar, and your money. VID-AI answers questions from what you logged and turns a receipt you add into an entry.

Family accounts: every person has their own account and shares only the spaces they choose.

4. Not medical, financial or professional advice

VIDA is a personal record keeper. It is not a medical device and gives no medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always follow your doctor, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.

VIDA gives no financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Prices of gold and shares are shown for information only, may be late or wrong, and are not a recommendation to buy or sell. Decisions you take are your own.

5. VID-AI

VID-AI is generative AI. Its answers come from your own data and may be incomplete or wrong. Check what matters before you rely on it, and do not use it for decisions that need a qualified professional.

You are responsible for what you ask and add, and you must have the right to add it (for example a photo of someone else's document).

Do not use VID-AI to create illegal content, sexual content about real people without their consent, deepfakes, hate, harassment, malware, or someone else's personal data, and do not try to get around its limits. We may limit or stop VID-AI for an account that breaks these rules.

You own what you put in and what VID-AI writes for you. VID-AI has fair use limits per person.

Entries you lock as private (with your PIN) are never sent to VID-AI.

6. Your account

Give a correct email address. Keep your password, PIN and two-step sign-in codes to yourself. You are responsible for what happens in your account.

Tell us at once at support@heriovietnam.com if you think someone else got in.

7. Fair use

Do not:

• use VIDA for anything unlawful, for fraud or for spam;
• copy, resell or break the rights in VIDA or in anyone else's work;
• try to reach another person's data, probe or test the security, scrape the app, upload malware or overload VIDA.

8. Packages, price and payment

VIDA is sold in packages (Essentials, Plus and Complete), each for a single one-off payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews. The price, what the package includes and the taxes are shown on the pricing section and at checkout before you pay.

Yours forever means: your package stays yours for as long as VIDA runs, with every update to the features in it, at no extra cost. If we ever had to stop VIDA, we would tell you at least 90 days ahead so that you can export everything.

VID-AI in the Complete package has fair use limits per person. Family accounts in the Complete package cover up to 5 people.

Paddle takes the payment, collects taxes such as VAT where required, sends receipts and refunds and answers payment questions. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the payment. Refunds follow the refund policy: a full refund within 14 days of any payment.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Your data

Your data stays yours. You can export it at any time as CSV or JSON and ask us to delete your account and everything in it. We never sell your data and never use it to train AI. The privacy policy says how we handle it.

10. Our rights

VIDA, its design, its code and its name belong to HERIO and its licensors. You may use VIDA for yourself and your family, not to build a copy of it.

11. Service

We work to keep VIDA available and safe, but do not promise that it is uninterrupted or free of errors. Keep your own export of anything you cannot lose. We may improve, change or stop features. When these terms change in a way that matters, we show the new version in the app before it applies.

12. Liability

We are not liable for decisions you take based on VIDA, for third-party services such as your calendar or price feeds, or for indirect loss. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for VIDA. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or takes away your rights as a consumer.

13. Suspension and ending

You can stop at any time: export your data and ask us to delete your account.

We may suspend or end an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, non-payment, or a risk to security or of fraud, after a warning where possible.

14. Law and courts

These terms are governed by the law of Vietnam. Write to support@heriovietnam.com first so that we can try to settle any dispute. If that fails, the courts of Hanoi decide. Consumer rules of your own country that the law does not let us set aside stay in force.
