Refund policy

VIDA is a one-off payment. Every purchase can be refunded in full within 14 days, no questions asked. Paddle, our merchant of record, sends the money back.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

Every purchase comes with a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the payment date, no questions asked. This covers every package (Essentials, Plus and Complete) and every upgrade.

2. How to ask

Go to paddle.net and find your order with the email you paid with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also write to support@heriovietnam.com and we pass it on. The package is removed from your account when the refund is made.

3. Nothing to cancel

VIDA has no subscription. You pay once and no further payment is ever taken.

4. How the money comes back

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Paddle, usually within 5 to 10 working days.

5. Your legal rights

This policy adds to your rights under consumer law; it never takes them away.

6. Merchant of record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
